Yes! Adapt-A-Ramp specializes in custom design work. We pride ourselves on our ability to work with all our customers to build customized products for special applications that will effectively and efficiently benefit their companies for a life time.

  3. How much weight does the ramp hold?
Adapt-A-Ramp loading ramps each have a different load capacity ranging from 5,000lbs-160,000lb+. All our ramps are also rated at a 2 to 1 load factor of safety giving the assurance that your products and people are protected and secure.

  4. What materials are the ramps made of?
All Adapt-A-Ramp loading ramps are made of steel for structural rigidity. Our all-steel heavy duty construction designed ramps undergo a complete stress analysis to insure structural integrity and superior operational safety.

  5. Are your ramps portable?
Most of our products come with a mobility package that includes large wheels with heavy duty tire and axles that will enable you to easily move the ramp around the yard with a lift truck and loader.

  6. How do I move the ramp?
Most Adapt-A-Ramp’s can be easily moved around with a forklift. First ensure the landing year is lifted and the wheels are on the ground. Then the tail plate of the ramp is lifted, and the forks of your forklift slide right under the bottom of the ramp. The forklift then moved the ramp around with ease. Please refer to this video link for a visual. Tow hitch attachments are also available.

  7. How do I maintain my Adapt-A-Ramp?
Adapt-A-Ramp’s require very little maintenance. The deck occasionally needs to be cleaned and lubrication of the lip hinge, landing gear, and wheel hubs is all the maintenance required.

  8. Are the ramps covered under warranty?
All Adapt-A-Ramps are warranted against defect in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the time of delivery from our plant.
